Nextcloud, up and current.
Tillarr reads Nextcloud's public status page, which says whether it's up and which version runs, with no login. Your files stay in Nextcloud's own app.

What you see
- Whether it answers, how quickly, and which address answered
- Its version, read without a key
- A tap to open its own web page
What's next
After 1.0: a health card through Nextcloud's monitoring token.
Connect Nextcloud
What to have ready when you add it in Tillarr.
- Its address. Usually http://your-server. Add a remote address too, and Tillarr uses it when home doesn't answer.
- Nothing else. Watching needs no key and no login, so it's free and can't change anything in Nextcloud.
Good to know
- Nextcloud under a subfolder, such as /nextcloud? Include it in the address; the check asks for status.php under it.
- Tillarr shows the full version string from the status page, so you can tell a point release apart.
Behind a sign-in page
If a sign-in page guards Nextcloud, let /status.php through so the check can reach it. The remote access guide shows how.
How Tillarr checks Nextcloud
Without a key, Tillarr asks for /status.php to see that Nextcloud is up, and reads its version from the answer. Every request goes from your device straight to your server, never through us.
Questions
Does Tillarr open my Nextcloud files?
No. It watches the server; Nextcloud's apps handle your files.
Does it need my Nextcloud password?
No. Watching reads the public status page, and the planned health card uses a monitoring token, not your password.
