These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Tillarr", "we") about the Tillarr app for iPhone, iPad and Mac (the "App") and tillarr.com.

1. What Tillarr is

Tillarr is a client app. It connects to software you run or are authorised to use, such as Sonarr, Radarr, Prowlarr, Bazarr, qBittorrent, Seerr, Jellyfin and Proxmox VE (the "Services"), so you can view and manage them.

Tillarr does not provide, host, index or find any media or content. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of the Services; their names and logos belong to their owners.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree:

  • to connect only to Services you own or are authorised to access
  • to keep your devices and credentials secure
  • to use Tillarr and the Services only in ways that comply with the law, including copyright law
  • that you are responsible for the configuration, security and use of your own servers and Services, and for actions you take through the App (for example deleting files or stopping virtual machines)

3. Licence

Tillarr grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules (including Family Sharing).

You may not:

  • reverse engineer the App except where the law allows it
  • resell it
  • use it to build a competing product
  • use it to harm others or access systems without authorisation

4. Tillarr Pro: purchases and subscriptions

  • Tillarr is free to download. The free version includes up to 3 service connections with every feature except push notifications.
  • Tillarr Pro adds unlimited connections, push notifications and alternate app icons. It is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
  • Purchases are universal (iPhone, iPad and Mac) and support Family Sharing.
  • Lifetime means lifetime: a lifetime purchase includes all Pro features, including future services, for as long as we offer the App. If Pro ends, your connections and data are never deleted; connections beyond the free limit are paused until you choose which 3 to keep active.

5. Push notification relay

Push notifications use a relay we operate, as described in our Privacy Policy. We aim for reliable delivery, but notifications can be delayed or missed: by the Services, networks or Apple's push service, for example. Don't rely on them for anything critical.

6. Third-party services

The Services, Apple, iCloud, network tools you use (such as Tailscale or Cloudflare) and their content are governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability, behaviour or content.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Actions you take in the App act on your Services directly and may be irreversible (for example deleting files). Tillarr asks for confirmation, but you are responsible for those actions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tillarr won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes and termination

  • We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept them.
  • You can stop using the App at any time.
  • We may suspend access to the relay for abuse.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. Disputes go to the courts of [VENUE], unless your local law gives you the right to sue at home.
