Immich's storage, before it's full.
Immich keeps your photos. Tillarr keeps an eye on Immich: how full its storage is, how many jobs are waiting, which ones failed, and whether an update is out.
The key Tillarr asks for can read only those numbers, never your library.
What you see
- Storage used, with a meter
- Jobs waiting, and failed jobs by queue
- Version, updates and maintenance mode
What you can do
Read-only: Tillarr only asks Immich for its status.
When something goes wrong
- Storage past 85 % needs attention; past 95 % it's critical
- Failed jobs need attention, named by queue
Connect Immich
What to have ready when you add it in Tillarr.
- Its address. Usually http://your-server:2283. Add a remote address too, and Tillarr uses it when home doesn't answer.
- Its API key. In Immich: Account Settings → API Keys. Create the key while signed in as an admin, and tick only server.storage, server.versionCheck and queue.read.
Good to know
- Make the key as an admin and tick only server.storage, server.versionCheck and queue.read (job.read before Immich 2.4).
- A key with full access works, but Tillarr warns about it.
How Tillarr checks Immich
Without a key, Tillarr asks for /api/server/version to see that Immich is up, and reads its version from the answer. With the key, everything else comes from Immich's own API. Every request goes from your device straight to your server, never through us. Works with Immich 2.0 to 3.3.
Questions
Can Tillarr see my photos?
No. The key it asks for covers storage, version and job queues only, and Tillarr never loads your library.
What if I'm not an Immich admin?
A key from a non-admin account still shows storage and updates. Job queues need an admin's key.
